Items/Ingredients Missing from KOT

If you notice that certain items or ingredients are not appearing on your KOTs, there may be an issue with your kitchen mapping in the GRUBBRR Portal.

To adjust kitchen mapping:

  1. Log in to the GRUBBRR portal using your credentials
  2. Navigate to the location you are experiencing the issue at
  3. Select 'Configure' from the left sidebar menu
  4. Select 'Kitchen Settings' from the dropdown

  5. Select the Item Mapping icon (mceclip0.png ) next to the relevant kitchen
    • Remember that each kitchen can consist of up to one KDS and one kitchen printer
    • If you have more than one kitchen configured you may have to repeat this process
  6. Select all items you wish to appear in this kitchen
    • If you only have one kitchen, you should select all of your items
  7. Select 'Update All' at the bottom of the page
  8. Select 'Back to List' at the top of the page
  9. Select the Ingredient Mapping icon (mceclip1.png) next to the relevant kitchen
  10. Select all ingredients
  11. Select 'Update All' at the bottom of the page
