Adjusting Item/Ingredient Prices with POS Integrations

If you are using a POS integration for your menu information and prices, any price adjustments must be made in your POS Portal. These changes should then be reflected the next time your POS syncs with the GRUBBRR Portal. 

If you notice that a price you have updated in the POS Portal is not pulling into the GRUBBRR Portal, you may need to complete a manual integration sync. To manually sync your POS to the GRUBBRR Portal:

  1. Log in to the GRUBBRR Portal using your client’s credentials
  2. Select ‘Integration’ from the left sidebar menu
  3. Select your POS integration from the dropdown list
  4. At the bottom of the page, select the option to 'Save and Sync Pricing' to pull the most recent pricing data from your POS to the GRUBBRR Portal.
