Clover SMB Default Printer Setup

Introduction

Your Clover SMB account allows you a couple of options when it comes to kitchen printing. Although you do have the option to purchase a secondary kitchen printer for printing kiosk order tickets, you can also configure your existing Clover kitchen printer to print kiosk tickets as well.

If you wish to use your current Clover kitchen printer for printing all KOTs (from your POS and kiosk), follow the setup instructions below.

Setup Instructions

Enabling Recommended Settings in the Clover Backend

  1. Log in to your Clover account
  2. From the left sidebar menu, select 'Account & Setup'
  3. From the Transactions section, select 'Order Receipts'
  4. Select 'Order note' and
  5. Select 'Show customer info'
  6. Select 'Save'

Enabling Default Printing in the GRUBBRR Portal

  1. Log in to your GRUBBRR account at merchant.grubbrr.com
  2. Select 'Settings' from the left sidebar menu
  3. Select 'Printer Settings' from the dropdown
  4. Enable the 'Clover Default Order Printer' toggle
  5. If it is not still selected already, select 'Settings' from the left sidebar menu
  6. Select 'Kiosk Settings' from the dropdown 
  7. Within the Order / Receipt Options / Tip Settings section, select 'Print Order Token'
  8. Select 'Save' at the bottom of the page
  9. Select the sync icon at the top of the portal
  10. Select 'Push to Kiosk'

Adding a Printer to the Clover POS

  1. Select the 'Printers' icon from your Clover POS home page
  2. Select '+' in the lower right corner of the screen
  3. Select 'Order Printer'
  4. Select the printer 
    • This list will only show printers detected on the network
