In this video tutorial, we'll show you how to change the screensaver on your GRUBBRR kiosk through the GRUBBRR Portal. There are a few important things to remember when configuring your kiosk's screensaver:

  1. Image screensavers must be uploaded from locally saved files on your computer
  2. Video screensavers must be uploaded to a hosting service, such as AWS or Imgur, and linked to the GRUBBRR Portal
  3. All screensavers must be in 1080x1920 resolution, as those are the dimensions of your kiosk.

A summary of all steps in this process has been provided beneath the video for your convenience.

To Update your Kiosk Screensaver:

  1. Log in to the GRUBBRR Portal at the location level
  2. Select Configure from the left sidebar menu
  3. Select Screensavers from the dropdown
  4. Select +Add New
  5. On the Screensaver Screen, configure the following:
    • Enter a Name
    • Enter a Display Order
      • This will only have an effect if you have multiple screensavers
    • Choose to upload an image or video
      • Video: enter the URL
      • Image: Upload the file
  6. Select Save
