KDS not Showing Items or Modifiers

If certain items or ingredients are not mapped to the KDS's assigned kitchen, they will not show up on the KDS.

Here's how to map items and ingredients to a kitchen:

  1. Log in to the GRUBBRR Portal using your company's credentials.
  2. Select the location with devices you wish to manage from the menu. 
  3. Select 'Configure' in the left sidebar.

  4. Go to 'Kitchen Settings'

  5. Locate the correct kitchen

  6. Select the 'Ingredient Mapping' icon

  7. Select all the ingredients that should be showing on the KDS

    1. Click 'Update All'

  8. Return to the list of kitchensmceclip5.png
  9. Select the 'Item Mapping' icon

  11. Click 'Update All'

  12. Sync the Portal by clicking the circular arrow button at the top right of the screen

Negative and Default Modifiers

If negative and default modifiers are not showing up on the KDS, you'll have to change a couple options in the GRUBBRR Portal.

  1. Log in to the GRUBBRR Portal using your company's credentials.
  2. Select the location with devices you wish to manage from the menu.
  3. Select your kiosk's location
  4. In the left sidebar, select 'Configure'mceclip21.png
  5. Select 'General Settings'

  6. On the 'Common' screen, scroll or search using ctrl+f to find the 'negative modifier preference' options. mceclip23.png
  7. Make sure that 'Show Negative Modifiers' and 'Show Default Modifiers' are checked
